Wellness and You

Stress-related physical or mental conditions account for 75 percent to 90 percent of visits to primary-care physicians, and at least 1 million employees are absent on an average workday because of stress-related problems.

The purpose of this program is to provide adequate information on the benefits of fitness and wellness and the basic requirements for a healthy life.
